Mortgage rates continued to move within a tight range
during the week ended May 15 according to results from Freddie Mac’s
Primary Mortgage Market Survey.
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage
(FRM) averaged 6.01 percent, a decline of 4 basis points from the
previous week, although there was a spike in average fees and points from
0.3 to 0.6 point.
