HBOS hit as mortgage margins fall (Reuters)
Reuters – Britain’s biggest mortgage lender, HBOS Plc, posted a 3 percent rise in annual profit, just short of analysts’ expectations, as margins in its core retail business were hit, sending its shares lower.
